Privacy Policy

Black Tales TV ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), films and media you upload, watch activity used for rewards and statistics, mailing-list sign-ups, and order and shipping details for tickets, listings and merchandise.

How we use it

To run your account, show films, pay watch-through rewards, process payments, ship merch, and send updates you asked for. We never sell your personal information.

Payments and shipping

Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers. Merch orders share your shipping address with our print partner only to deliver your order.

Your private studio work

Characters, scenes, music and media you make in the studio are private to you and site staff unless you publish them.
