By using Black Tales TV you agree to these terms.

Your films and music

You keep ownership of what you submit. You confirm you hold the rights to every film, song, voice and likeness in it, and you give us permission to stream and promote it on our site and Roku channel while it is listed.

Listings, tickets and Roku

Listings are paid yearly. Ticket sales share a platform fee as shown at checkout. Watch-through rewards are credits toward Black Tales services, not cash.

AI studio

Studio access is private and approved by the owner. Generated media may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. Do not use other people's likeness or voice without permission.

Merchandise

Items are printed to order. Contact us within 30 days for damaged or incorrect items; we cannot accept returns for wrong size choices.

Content we remove

We may remove content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or misleading.
